Hyperox® superior stabilised formulation provides greater application flexibility and broad spectrum activity with efficacy against viruses, bacteria, fungi and spores at low temperatures and in the face of organic challenge. These unique qualities make Hyperox® the Peracetic acid disinfectant of choice for; general surface, equipment, water delivery system and thermal fogging disinfection.
Surface Disinfection
The level of disease-causing organisms present after basic cleaning remains high enough to offer a serious disease challenge to livestock. Using a disinfectant proven to be effective against viruses, bacteria, yeasts and moulds such as Hyperox®, is essential.
Surface Disinfection |

Application |
Routine disinfection for all surfaces including, earth, wood and concrete |
1:100
(10ml of Hyperox® concentrate to 1 litre of water)

Using a pressure washer or other mechanical sprayer, apply Hyperox® solution at an application rate of 300ml/m2
|
Routine disinfection of a 1000m2 building, with a total surface area of 2500m2 including walls and ceiling, at a dilution rate of 1:100 and an application rate of 300mls/m2, will require a solution consisting of 7.5 litres of Hyperox® concentrate added to 750 litres of water.
Equipment Disinfection

|
Wash all equipment with Hyperox® solution. Leave for a minimum of 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with clean water
|
Water System Disinfection
All water systems contain some bacterial contamination, especially header tanks where dust and debris can accumulate. Sanitising will clean the system and eliminate existing bacterial or fungal growth.

(10ml of Hyperox® concentrate to 10 litres of water)
|
Isolate header tank at the mains and drain off drinker points farthest from the tank. Clean out gross soiling from the tanks. Refill with water and add the appropriate volume of Hyperox® concentrate and leave for 10 minutes. Flush through to all drain off points and leave for 30 minutes before refilling the water system with clean water.
